Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with every Calivo order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and an address to ship the item back to.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right at no extra cost — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

What isn't covered

Items that are used, washed, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we're happy to help.
